Stankevicius Group has added a new ad-buying layer, BAIUM.net, to Arcana Mace, the media marketplace it has spent the past year and a half rebuilding. The launch caps a stretch of rapid buildout following the sale of the company's original media holdings.

That rebuild started after a Middle East-based private equity firm acquired Stankevicius Group's original network, Stankevicius MGM, an 11-site media operation, in July 2025. Roughly 18 months later, the group had stood up Arcana Mace, an AI-driven platform for global media buying and brokerage, which launched in May 2026.

Arcana Mace is structured less like a traditional ad agency and more like a marketplace, built on the same basic model as freelance platforms such as Fiverr. Buyers place orders with registered agencies for placements spanning top-tier, mid-tier, and lower-tier international outlets; the agencies fulfill those orders, and payment is released once the buyer accepts the completed work.

In the third quarter of 2026, the company layered a self-publishing tool called Media On Demand on top of the marketplace. It uses API integrations with third-party media sites so advertisers can publish content directly, without going through an outlet's editorial review, subject to each site's own terms.

BAIUM.net, which launched in early fourth quarter of 2026, is the newest piece: a paid-advertising extension that runs image and video campaigns across the network of sites connected through Media On Demand. It offers two pricing structures, a pay-per-click model starting at a $1 minimum, or a fixed daily fee starting at $15 minimum per channel. Stankevicius Group CEO Paulius Stankevicius described the combination of the three pieces as creating what he called an end-to-end path, running from brokered media placements, to direct self-publishing, to paid amplification, all inside one marketplace.
